Charan Property Management - COVID-19 Response
During this uncertain time, with the number of COVID-19 cases continuing to rise in Canada, Charan Property Management is determined to do our part to help “flatten the curve”.
Within our office, all employees who are sick or have anyone in their household who is sick will be staying home, and those who feel well enough will be working remotely. As many of our staff have school-aged children, those staff will also work remotely while schools are closed, as we work to limit contact with others in our communities.
Our maintenance staff will be wearing gloves at all times and will not be working if they are showing any symptoms of cold or flu. Our showing agent will be prepared with hand sanitizer for private showings.

Rent & Condo Fee Payments
Residents are encouraged to sign up for automatic payments in order to restrict exposure through exchange of cash or cheques. During this time of recommended “social distancing”, we will not be accepting cash payments until further notice.
There is no fee for automatic withdrawals and signing up is easy – call or email us to get set up.
Tenants may pay their rent by e-transfer*, as all fees will be waived from April 1, 2020 until further notice. Unfortunately, we do not yet have e-transfer available for condo fees, but we are working with the banks to have this payment method available soon!
* E-transfers MUST include a property address in the comments/notes field, or they will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
