Our story

One roof, every part of the journey

Charan was founded in 1993 by Annette Katchan-Ripplinger and has grown into a genuine one-stop property shop. Today our team carries more than 45 years of combined experience across residential real estate, rentals, and property and condo management.

Because all of those services live under one roof, our clients are never passed between companies. The same people who help you buy or sell a home can also manage your rental or advise your condo board — with the local knowledge that only comes from working in Regina for decades.

Annette founded Charan in 1993 and brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the Regina market — and personally oversees every side of the business, from sales to property management.
